As Community Affairs Director, Dexter Hendricks has complete oversight of coordinating the Community Affairs activities of the New Jersey Business Unit. He serves as the leader in the management of YouthForce 2020, the Turner School of Construction Management and the ACE Mentoring program. His involvement also includes membership in various community organizations and boards and is responsible for tracking MWBE involvement on Turner projects.

She is a pediatric and adolescent primary care physician and school physician; health educator; a healer of the body, mind and spirit; mender of lost and fallen youth, who has served the residents of Essex County, New Jersey for more than three decades. While healing, mending, and mentoring, Dr. Baskerville served as a member of the Montclair School Board and for the past three and on half years, as Forth Ward Town Councilor in Montclair.

Is Tishman Construction Corporation’s Director of Community Relations, responsible for all of the company’s Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) outreach programs, contracting opportunities, project goals and mentoring programs.

Jenabu is the Immediate Past President of Phi Beta Sigma’s Chi Sigma Chapter which consists of over 80 minority professionals. He is one of the chapter’s eight advisors for its Sigma Beta Youth Club and spends countless hours directly mentoring young men in the city of Newark. Professionally, Jenabu uses his dynamic Leadership skills as the Associate Executive Director of the YMCA of Eastern Union County Elizabeth Branch.

She continues to serve the East Orange community by volunteering on a variety of civic and academic programs such as: Girl Scouts Leader at Cochran Academy, Stewardess, Choir Member and Choir Secretary of the Saint Paul A.M.E. Church located in East Orange.
